Conditions

• ✔ Identical Product: The product must be identical in brand, quality, colour, and specifications.
• ✔ In Stock: The product must be in stock both at the other supplier and at one of our stores.
• ✔ Retroactive Price Match: If you find a lower price up to seven days after your purchase, we’ll still match it.
• ✔ Bundle Pricing: We’ll match the total price for a bundle of products if the competitor’s bundle is publicly available, and the products are identical, including any free items.
• ✔ Local Suppliers: The competitor must be a paint supplier located within 40 km of a Pat McDonnell Paints store.

Exceptions

While we strive to honour our Price Promise, there are a few exceptions where it won’t apply:

1. Clearance or Liquidation Sales: If the competitor is in receivership, being wound down, or selling clearance items.
2. Online-Only Retailers: The competitor must have a physical store; online-only or mail-order suppliers are excluded.
3. Multi-Buy Offers: The Price Promise does not apply to promotions like “3 for 2,” “buy one get one free,” or other multi-buy offers.
4. Credit Sales: The offer applies to end users only and not to credit sales or other paint retailers.
5. Non-Stackable: The Price Promise cannot be combined with any other Pat McDonnell promotions, discounts, or coupons. Pat McDonnell Paints reserves the right to review and update this policy at any time. All decisions made by Pat McDonnell Paints regarding the Price Promise are final.
